About

I’m Dr. Bradley Martin, D.A.O.M. I help high-performing creatives, innovators, and leaders build the health that sustains real output—steady energy, calm focus, deep recovery, and long-term resilience.

My work blends Traditional Chinese Medicine pattern logic with modern systems thinking, using selective diagnostics when useful to turn complexity into practical, phased protocols you can actually live with.

I’ve worked alongside high-level creatives, including Grammy Award-winning artists, technologists, and teams at the edge of innovation. Creativity is physiological. When sleep, digestion, energy, and nervous system balance are off, output becomes expensive and eventually unsustainable.

Credentials at a glance

  • Doctorate in Integrative Medicine (Yo San University, Los Angeles)

  • Training across Functional Medicine (IFM), Internal Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Traditional Chinese Medicine

  • Background in Experimental Film + World Music Performance (CalArts), shaping a systems-and-culture lens on human potential

During my medical training, I developed a precision approach to wellness that blends modern assessment with traditional pattern recognition. My Doctoral research explored the convergence of genomics, artificial intelligence, and natural therapeutics: specifically, how lifestyle and natural interventions may influence epigenetic expression and long-term health trajectories.

Today, I bring that systems-level perspective into longevity optimization and performance support without losing the human side of care: clarity, consistency, and sustainable implementation.

My process is designed to reduce overwhelm and increase momentum.

  • Assess the full picture: history, goals, symptoms, and patterns

  • Use data when appropriate: labs, biomarkers, and wearable insights

  • Create a phased plan: nutrition, lifestyle, recovery, herbs/supplements (as appropriate)

  • Iterate and refine: follow-ups that track response and adjust priorities

Who I’m best for:

I’m a strong fit for you if you’re a high performer who wants a plan that’s both precise and livable, especially if you’re navigating layered, “non-simple” patterns like:

  • Low or inconsistent energy

  • Sleep disruption or stress load

  • Digestive issues/inflammation patterns

  • Focus, mood, and nervous system dysregulation

  • Hormone/metabolic support and longevity goals

  • Performance sustainability (avoid burnout, improve recovery)
